Hope you are all having a lovely week. I’m back to show you again my bride of the month. I love doing bridal makeups its so different than regular day to day makeups, its much more personal.

I find as a makeup artist you really get to know the bride as a person, which I love. It is very important as I need to create a makeup style to suit their personality. A brides day is the most important day of their life so its so awarding to enjoy the moment with them.

Tina was a spring 2016 bride, I know this seems like a lifetime ago now as the months have just flew this year. Where has the time gone?. I always wait for brides to send me professional photos of the day to post up a blog ,as it lets me show you the special moments of the day.

Tina was the nicest person ever and so calm.

Her makeup was Glowing and flawless. Look at that highlight.

For the glow on the skin I used Charlotte Tilbury Magic cream, wonder glow and the balm mary-lou manizer.

Foundation was Mac Studio fix fluid and Nars radiant creamy concealer.

The eyes were all Matte tones with lashes and smoked in the waterline to add definition.

Stunning Jayme – Bride of the month

I had the pleasure of doing Jayme’s bridal party on her wedding day which took place on the 7th May 2015 at Mount Wolseley Hotel. I went to school with Jayme since I was 4 so it made the day a bit more special. The entire day was perfect from start to finish.

The Stunning bridesmaids were in full spirit that morning enjoying a glass of bubbly and I enjoyed one myself LOL. It was such a relaxed morning.

The kids Millie and Michael kept us entertained. Millie was more excited than Jayme on the day. They are the cutest kids ever.

Flawless glowing makeup on bridesmaids Tracy, deva and head bridesmaid Nicole. I designed each of the Makeup looks to suit each bridesmaid Individually.

The weather was not as expected that morning but that did not stop everyone enjoying the day. Every bride wishes for a sunny day and the weather is out of our control lets face it we live in Ireland ha. Tips for Brides try not to stress about the weather just be prepared and on a positive note umbrellas make lovely pictures LOL.

Proud Mam Liz walked her Beautiful daughter up the aisle.

Jaymes dress was to die for ,it suited her to perfection she looked like a little princess. Her dress was purchased at Cameo Bridal Kilkenny

Mount Wolseley is a superb location for Photographs both inside and outside, it is a top class hotel with great attention to detail.

Now on to the makeup one of the most important things and can be the most stressful for any bride.

We went for a structured glam style for Jaymes Makeup. Jayme loves her makeup so it suited her style and personality

To prep the skin I used Guinot Mini Eclat Beaute this smoothes of out the complexion reducing wrinkles and prolongs makeup and I used Charlotte Tilbury Wonderglow to add radiance to the skin.

Bride Of the month- Catriona Cuddihy

Catriona O Neill now Mrs Cuddihy got married on September 4th this year in Venue Hotel Kilkenny Co.Kiklenny

The morning of Catrionas wedding was so lovley and peaceful, I had an early start to get all the girls ready Catriona , her lovely bridesmaids and her adorable mam. Depsite all the laughter and her dad cracking all the jokes I was still in work mode and had her on time for her big day.

Catriona wanted a Bohemian style wedding with a vintage twist, we discussed looks in her trial and I created a look that focused on the l winged liner and a red lip. I choose MAC lady danger for Catriona MAC lady danger is so vivd and beautiful and defintely makes a statement. Its warm orange based undertone really complemented Catriona fair skin tone and was perfect for her wedding theme. she wanted a fun creative theme with lots of colour so this suited her makeup look just perfect..

Her Bohemian style theme was elegantly brought into the the headpieces and her bouquets which were so beautiful, the colours and textures were outstanding and it really set the theme off to a tee.

Catriona and her parents really had a special bond it was beautiful too see how happy they were for their daughter. They were the nicest poeple and made me feel so warm and welcome on the morning of catrionas wedding . The pictures below show the happinesss in their faces.

Catrions dress was so classy and elegant it was perfect. Bohemian style dress had a beautifull flow an girly edge to it and the vinatge twist was introduced with the lace on the shoulders. It was Classic and timeless.
